Always use official and authorized channels for purchases and game top-ups. This ensures that the products and services you buy are fully protected. Avoid conducting transactions involving game codes or digital products with third parties, as this may result in your game account being suspended for using unauthorized or illicit products.
Any request asking for redemption codes is highly suspicious. If you provide your code or share a screenshot containing it with someone else, you risk losing the value of your purchase, with no possibility of a refund.
GameMaster will never ask for additional payments outside the purchase price of products or services. We do NOT collaborate with any third party—be it an individual, institution, company, or other entity—to provide online payment services.
All official communication channels are listed exclusively on the Game Master website. Any contact outside of these channels is not associated with our customer service. Be extremely cautious when purchasing through non-official methods or websites that claim to offer in-game top-ups.
Common fraud scenarios to be aware of:
Scenario I: Sextortion and Personal Data Threats. Some scammers may illegally obtain your personal information or compromising photos and threaten to release them unless you purchase and send them redemption codes. The only course of action in such situations is to contact the police immediately. Paying these criminals will not stop them from using your data; it will only lead to further extortion.
Scenario II: Fake Investment Opportunities. Fraudsters often target users through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, luring victims with promises of high returns or profitable deals. They may ask for upfront payments for "transaction fees" or "registration fees" and then guide victims to purchase redemption codes on our platform, requesting that they send the codes or screenshots containing them. Once the fraudsters receive the code, they will redeem it immediately, and its value will be lost. If you are unsure whether a situation is fraudulent, please email our official support team at [email protected] for verification. 
If you confirm that fraud has occurred, immediately contact the authorities. We will assist law enforcement in their investigation and freeze the relevant accounts to prevent further harm. However, please note that once a redemption code has been used, we cannot offer a refund.
